Introducing the BiodieselMaster®--
A revolution in biodiesel production.

BiodieselMaster® | Automated continuous biodiesel production system
  • Built Farm-Tough
  • Uses any fresh oil
  • Produces 1,000 gal/day
  • Makes biodiesel 24/7
  • Switches tanks itself
  • Calls when it needs help
  • Managed via the internet
  • Minimal labor required

The BiodieselMaster is the only fully-automated, truly continuous biodiesel production system that is sized to meet a community’s fuel needs. With a BiodieselMaster any community can produce their own professional grade biodiesel from local oil crops for use on the farm, ranch and in the neighborhood.

Now you have an alternative to the huge cost and hassles of a large biodiesel plant. Just imagine…NO technicians, NO tank farm, NO large construction project. And keeping it supplied is far more manageable than a large plant. Just keep your oil and chemical tanks topped off, and keep off-loading fresh ASTM biodiesel.

With a BiodieselMaster you can:

  • Cut your fuel costs dramatically by cutting out the “middlemen” and most transportation costs
  • Secure your fuel availability by keeping your fuel production right in your local community
  • Reduce your dependence on imported oil and take pride in “home grown fuel”
  • Decrease emissions of greenhouse gases by using biodiesel instead of petroleum diesel
  • Provide a cleaner and more responsible fuel alternative to your neighbors

Typical biodiesel plant layout using the BiodieselMaster
Model of Typical Layout
Q: What kind of oil can I use?
A: The BiodieselMaster is designed to vegetable oils up to 2% FFA, mostly from oilseed crops and pre-treated used vegetable oils.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: Included with the BiodieselMaster is a “mini-lab” to routinely monitor quality of feedstock and biodiesel product. Also included is initial setup, testing, training and system “commissioning”.
Q: How many tanks do I need?
A: While you could use a single oil and single biodiesel tank, to take advantage of the BiodieselMaster’s “auto tank switch” capability (fewer visits to the machine) we recommend 2 sets of tanks for oil and biodiesel plus a single set of the other chemical tanks.
Q: How much space will I need to set up a biodiesel plant?
A: Since the BiodieselMaster is about the size of an SUV, most of the space is for indoor tanks (to keep the material from gelling in winter). Plan for about 2,000 sq. ft. for biodiesel production.
Q: How hard is the BiodieselMaster to operate and maintain?
A: If you can operate a bank ATM machine you can command the BiodieselMaster via any internet connection. To keep it running, simply manage the tank levels and occasionally change a final biodiesel filter.
Q: What technology does the BiodieselMaster use to wash biodiesel?
A: The BiodieselMaster uses ordinary softened water, and the effluent is pH neutralized and slightly soapy which can be used directly as irrigation water in most circumstances.
Q: Why does the BiodieselMaster not use “waterless” washing?
A: Because this adds cost to purchase special materials and to dispose of the waste stream generated, but also because “waterless” wash techniques do not provide consistent and measurable biodiesel purification.
Q: Cost, maintenance, warranty, financing, space requirement
A: Preventive maintenance is scheduled quarterly. A 1 year warranty against defects and workmanship is standard. Extended warranty and service contract is available.
Q: What does the system cost?
A: It depends on your needs. Please call or email for a quote.
Q: Is there financing available?
A: If you have acceptable credit we have banks that will finance the BiodieselMaster.
